Grab N Go Yogurt Fruit Parfait

Easy Grab N Go snacks for school or work.

  • 1 cup Fresh Fruit ( Rasberries, Blackberries, Strawberries or your favorite fruit)
  • 1/2 cup Yogurt
  • 1/4 cup Homemade Granola
  • 2 tsp jam, jelly (optional)
  1. In a wide mouth half pint jar or small jelly jar, layer fruit, yogurt top with granola.
  2. Optional- my kids like these yogurt parfaits topped with homemade raspberry jam. I add 1 tsp of jam to the top of the yogurt.
